How orders travel, what the packaging looks like, and what happens if something arrives wrong.
Dispatch
Orders ship once payment has cleared, from within the United States. You'll get a tracking number by email at dispatch.
Compounds that require it ship cold-packed. Lyophilised vials are stable at room temperature in transit, which is precisely why they're shipped as powder.
Packaging
Plain outer packaging with no indication of contents, no branding on the exterior, and a generic return address. Nothing about the parcel announces what's inside.
International
We ship internationally, but customs handling varies significantly by country and we cannot guarantee clearance. If you're ordering from outside the US, message us first and we'll tell you honestly what we've seen with your destination rather than take an order that may not arrive.
Returns
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on anything opened or reconstituted — this is not a policy we can be flexible about.
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, tell us and we'll replace it. That's on us, not you, and we don't make people fight for it.
