Upregulates actin, supporting cell migration to injury sites, tissue remodelling and reduced adhesion formation.
Where BPC-157 concentrates on blood supply and gut integrity, TB-500 works on actin — the protein that governs how cells move. Repair requires the right cells to physically travel to the site of damage, and TB-500's documented effect is on that migration. It is also associated with flexibility and reduced adhesion formation, which is why it comes up in the context of scar tissue.
