Mechanism
CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue extending the release signal; ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist prompting the pulse.
CJC-1295 extends the signal telling the pituitary to release growth hormone; ipamorelin triggers the release itself and is selective enough that it largely leaves cortisol and appetite alone. Run together they produce a more natural pulsatile release than either does by itself, which is why they are so often sold as one vial.
